Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Profiling of B3 Transcription Factor Genes in Prunus armeniaca

چکیده

The B3 superfamily, which belongs to the plant-specific transcription factors, is widely involved in multiple biological processes. In apricot (Prunus armeniaca), classification, structure, and function of superfamily are not yet clear. this study, a total 75 genes were identified from genome. can be divided into five subfamilies, i.e., REM, ARF, ABI3, RAV, HSI, same subfamily have similar structures. distribution on chromosomes presents clustering phenomenon. Tandem duplication main mode family expansion, gene mainly occurs REM ARF subfamilies. Many originated common ancestor Arabidopsis before lineage divergence, expanded fewer times than Arabidopsis. Gene ontology analysis showed that closely related vernalization, flower development, shoot system development. PaABI3-1 PaABI3-2 might play positive regulation role PaOleosin, encodes lipid body protein. This study lays foundation for further apricot, especially specific functions ABI3 kernel oil storage.

Genome-wide identification of transcription factor target genes

Recent high-throughput techniques have allowed the identification of many DNA target sequences specifically bound by transcription factors at a genomic scale. UV or formaldehyde X-ChIP experiments performed on Drosophila embryos using Engrailed or Trithorax-like antibodies have led to the cloning and sequencing of in vivo Engrailed or Trl-recognized DNA fragments. The mining of such datasets ha...

Genome-wide characterization and expression profiling of NAC transcription factor genes under abiotic stresses in radish (Raphanus sativus L.)

NAC (NAM, no apical meristem; ATAF, Arabidopsis transcription activation factor and CUC, cup-shaped cotyledon) proteins are among the largest transcription factor (TF) families playing fundamental biological processes, including cell expansion and differentiation, and hormone signaling in response to biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, 172 RsNACs comprising 17 membrane-bound members wer...

Genome-Wide Identification, Characterization and Expression Profiling of ADF Family Genes in Solanum lycopersicum L.

The actin depolymerizing factor (ADF) proteins have growth, development, defense-related and growth regulatory functions in plants. The present study used genome-wide analysis to investigate ADF family genes in tomato. Eleven tomato ADF genes were identified and differential expression patterns were found in different organs. SlADF6 was preferentially expressed in roots, suggesting its function...

Genome-Wide Identification and Structural Analysis of bZIP Transcription Factor Genes in Brassica napus

The basic region/leucine zipper motif (bZIP) transcription factor family is one of the largest families of transcriptional regulators in plants. bZIP genes have been systematically characterized in some plants, but not in rapeseed (Brassica napus). In this study, we identified 247 BnbZIP genes in the rapeseed genome, which we classified into 10 subfamilies based on phylogenetic analysis of thei...

Transcriptome-Wide Identification and Expression Profiling of the DOF Transcription Factor Gene Family in Chrysanthemum morifolium

The family of DNA binding with one finger (DOF) transcription factors is plant specific, and these proteins contain a highly conserved domain (DOF domain) of 50-52 amino acids that includes a C2C2-type zinc finger motif at the N-terminus that is known to function in a number of plant processes. Here, we characterized 20 DOF genes in the important ornamental species chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum ...
